Washing Instructions:
Turn socks inside out before washing. Wash in cold water. Do not bleach. Tumble dry with low heat. Do not iron.

Errors happen.

In the past, I've ordered these many times, and have been quite happy. BUT my latest order can't be worn because they're way too big. They're marked 'M' on the outer sleeve packaging but the socks are not near the size of my old ones (also M.). So what's happened? Perhaps a 'L' was mistakenly put into the packaging? How do I return them.? —Christian Lake
