Super soft thick socks, good quality.

I LOVE the socks. Second time ordering them and the socks are great. Very warm as I always have cold feet. My issue is with customer service. I accidently ordered the wrong size (they were actually for my husband this time), As soon as I received them, I called immediately to ask how to return them. I wanted to just exchange them for the correct size and just pay the shipping and handling. Called 3 times, with a 2-3 day in between calls. Machine says " they are busy and AS SOON AS POSSIBLE" they will return my call. NEVER received a call back. Emailed. TWICE never the decency of a return email. WORST customer service EVER. As much as I love the socks, I will not do business with a company who does not care the least about their customers............(I just kept the socks for myself, and my husband went to Hitchcock shoes for his socks) Very kind and understanding people that seems like they want your business......

I have never received my order that was placed in mid December 2024 and have reached out several times inquiring. Despite getting automated responses that their offices were closed and someone would contact me when they reopened, l have yet to hear from anyone. Completely unsatisfied with their lack of customer service.

The toes of these socks gets really thin and to the point of almost putting holes in the toe part. Other than that I really like these socks, just due something with the toes part
